For the longest time, I wondered what Built to Spill's selling point was, the unique aspect that made them a revered indie rock mainstay. Is it the guitar work? Poetic, memorable lyrics? Experimental song structures? Diverse instrumentation? Eventually, I gave up on this investigation and settled on the fact that they just write really good songs, nothing more, nothing less. There's Nothing Wrong With Love is a collection of some of their best.
