Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Subscription box orders (Blind Date Club) are processed on the 20th of each month.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

We currently ship within the United States only (update if you ship internationally)

Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

In-Store Pickup Local pickup is available at our Nashville, TN location. Select "In-store pickup" at checkout. You'll be notified when your order is ready.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
